What is a community garden?
A community garden is a piece of land gardened by people individually or collectively. Community gardens are usually divided into individual plots, and each individual is responsible for their own plot.
Benefits of a community garden:

Easy Care! With raised garden beds, they are easily accessible for the elderly or people with special needs or disabilities.

Reduce cost of groceries.
Food Security.

Gardens can be used to educate children about where our food comes from, as well as nutrition, sustainability, cooperation, and fine motor skills.
